They say if you do something you love, you’ll never work a day in your life. For over 20 years I have had the opportunity to work within Dance, Health & Fitness, guiding and supporting people from all walks of life and all ages through their journey towards their goals.
My own journey into health and fitness began in my native country, Italy. I started ballet school at the age of 5 and dance became by biggest passion. I then turned my hand to teaching and I absolutely loved helping many young children express themselves through movement.
At 22 I decided to move to London, where I started my career in the leisure industry working as a lifeguard and moved on to managing some of the city’s biggest leisure centres & health clubs and the UKs largest (club based) Personal Training Team. This experience led me to be sought internationally as a Management Consultant, with clients in the Middle East and Italy, as well as a Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Advisor to many celebrities and high-profile clients.
After the birth of my son Justin, in October 2017, I have discovered a new interest in women’s health, pre and post-natal fitness, and worked on creating my own 1-2-1 and small group training method for mum and baby.
